Are you planning to develop other designs?
During the campaign we will conduct a survey to see how high is the demand and if there are enough we will it add another design or thickness. We need to go beyond a threshold that we will be communicating as soon as we see there are possibilities.

What are the dimesnions and weight of the mats?
The BHUMI MAT is 66 x 182 cm / 26.4 x 72.8” and it weighs 2,3 kgs / 4,8 lbs approx

Are your mats ethically produced and where are they produced?
Yes the mats are ethically produced in China. The materials come from sustainable forests. For the natural rubber it comes from tropical Vietnam and the cork from Portugal and Taiwan.

What is your exchange & refund policy ?
To be able to propose such prices, we need to optimise the supply chain and the factory capacity. Therefore, no exchange or refund will be possible.

Will I have to pay duties / VAT to receive my reward ?
This depends on your local tax code. Any applicable duties/VAT are the sole responsibility of the backer. We have absolutely no control over charging each backer additional duties/VAT at the time the pledge is made, so these fees (if applicable) may be imposed at the time of receiving the package. If you are unsure whether or not you will be charged duties/VAT at the time of receiving your reward, please get in touch with your local post office.

How do I change my pledge?
To change your pledge amount, visit the project page and click the “Manage your pledge” button that appears next to your pledge amount and then select “Change your pledge” on the following page. Manually add the amount for each add-on that you want to your total (calculating time!). For example, if your total is set to 139€ for two BHUMI MATs and you choose to add another BHUMI mat, you just increase your total manually by 79€, so your total will say 218€ (plus shipping if you are elsewhere than in France).

Can I pledge more than once?
Yes, but you need to use another email address. It’s only possible to pledge to a project once per email address, so you can only choose one reward tier per pledge. You can, however, change your pledge amount, add-ons, and reward selection for as long as a project is live.

How do I clean my yoga mat?
We recommend first cleaning it with just a wet clothe. It comes out of the factory so there might be some dust and even if cork is antibacterial, it is always good to clean it first. Once you start practicing on it, you can use a mild neutral soap or cleaner and wet sponge or clothe. If there are stains, you can use green dish washing product, and gently scrub on it. Treat your BHUMI MAT carefully with love and it will love you back and will last a lifetime. ;D

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
