OFFICIAL! We have been working with the BackeKit team to finalize our post-campaign system. You have received the survey where we ask you to choose your preferred design as well as to provide us with your delivery address. So please look out for an email from BackerKit.

If you forgot your mum, your partner in crime or your lover, no worries! BackerKit allows you to add items to your Kickstarter pledge.

As soon as we collect all your info, we will be able to launch the production, so please come back to us promptly with the survey.

We will keep you updated on the next steps: production launch. development, advancement and then fulfillment and shipment.

We have been receiving messages asking when the survey will be sent, and we are happy to say it will be ready next week. So watch for your inboxes. Please be mindful the survey will come from BACKERKIT (a post campaign platform that helps us with surveys and fulfillment).

You  should receive this survey in the next few days. 

In this survey you will be able to: 

• Choose one model among the three designs  (Minimal, Geo or Psyche) 
• You will be able to get extra mats (if desired). 
• Provide shipping information,  this is really important please make sure to enter all the right information.

It's very important that you fill out the survey as soon as possible, if you don't fill out the survey we will not be able to ship your Bhumi Mat. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Kickstarter will process (or has already  processed) your payment  within the next few days. If yours didn't go  through, just in case,  make sure your payment information is up to date.  We will anyway make  sure to send you a reminder, in case it didn't go  through.

Our BHUMI MAT campaign has just ended! 

These last months have been an incredible adventure, we are extremely thankful for all of your support and your help to make the amazing BHUMI Mat a reality!

BHUMI MAT PLAY for Kids

Hello lovely You,

As the end of our campaign approaches, we've realized (sadly) that the Bhumi Mat PLAY for kids didn't reach the minimum requirement for production. We will most likely be constraint to cancel this model. If you ordered one, please make sure you change your pledge before the end of the campaign. Once the campaign, is over, it will be nearly impossible to refund it.

Here from the FAQ : 

   How do I change my pledge?        

To change your pledge amount, visit the project page and click the  “Manage your pledge” button that appears next to your pledge amount and  then select “Change your pledge” on the following page. Manually add the  amount for each add-on that you want to your total (calculating time!).  For example, if your total is set to 139€ for two BHUMI MATs and you  choose to add another BHUMI mat, you just increase your total manually  by 79€, so your total will say 218€ (plus shipping if you are elsewhere  than in France).
